What is MERCH CARTEL?
MERCH CARTEL is the house behind four original brands — Worthy Moments Co., Hat Grail, Howdy Goods and XTHLETE — plus a custom merchandise service for brands, teams, organizations and events. XVIII CLUB is the golf collection within XTHLETE.
Where can I find each brand?
Use the Brands menu to visit Worthy Moments Co., Hat Grail, Howdy Goods and XTHLETE. XVIII CLUB can be explored through XTHLETE as its golf collection. Products will also appear through Shop All as the catalog is added.
How do I know what size to order?
Size and fit information will be shown on each product page when applicable. Review those notes before selecting a size, and contact us if you need help.
When will my order ship?
Processing and delivery estimates will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. Custom merch timelines are quoted separately. For current details, see our Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or fulfillment.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, and whether it was made to order. Personalized and custom-produced items generally cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Review our Refund Policy or contact us with your order number for current eligibility and return instructions.
Do you create custom merch?
Yes. Use our Custom Merch request form to tell us about your organization, products, quantities, deadline, budget and artwork status. For custom merchandise, bulk orders or request-for-quote inquiries, you can also email sales@merchcartel.co.
Can I upload artwork with the inquiry?
The Custom Merch form includes an optional Artwork Share Link field for a Google Drive, Dropbox or other accessible file link. If your artwork is not ready, choose the appropriate Artwork Status and our team can follow up about next steps.
